Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 3/4 cup cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried herbs, mixed
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric (curcuma)

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients in a blender or food processor until very smooth.
  2. Decorate with pineapples and serve chilled.
