Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) box graham crackers
  • 1 large (4.6 oz.) box instant pudding

Instructions

  1. Mix the pudding as directed on the package and set aside.
  2. Using a 12 x 7 x 2-inch Pyrex dish, put a layer of graham crackers on the bottom.
  3. Add a layer of pineapple on top of the graham crackers.
  4. Spread a layer of the prepared pudding over the pineapple.
  5. Repeat the layering process: graham crackers, pineapple, pudding.
  6. End with a layer of graham crackers on top.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
