Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • #2 c. crushed pineapple and juice

Instructions

  1. Mix together by hand.
  2. Stir in nuts.
  3. Pour into 9x12 pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
  4. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
