Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 2 cans vanilla pudding
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. Bake the yellow cake as directed and let it cool.
  2. Substitute pineapple juice from the drained crushed pineapple in place of water when preparing the cake batter; add water if needed to make up the difference.
  3. Once the cake is cooled, spread two cans of vanilla pudding evenly over the top.
  4. Spread the drained crushed pineapple on top of the pudding layer.
  5. Spread Cool Whip over the pineapple layer.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
