Pineapple Mimosa
A refreshing and bubbly pineapple mimosa combines sweet pineapple juice with sparkling champagne, perfect for brunches or celebrations with a tropical twist.

Instructions
- Pour pineapple juice into ice cube trays and freeze to make pineapple cubes.
- Measure 1 cup of chilled pineapple juice and 1 cup of pineapple juice cubes or ice cubes into a blender.
- Whirl until foamy.
- Add 1/2 cup of champagne and whirl for 2 seconds.
- Let stand for 30 seconds to allow foam to settle.
- Pour into 2 or 3 glasses.
- To make a larger quantity, fill the blender to capacity using the same proportions.
