Ingredients

  • 8 oz. can crushed pineapple in pineapple juice
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 3/4 oz. can coconut cream
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine pineapple, eggs, coconut cream, milk, and nutmeg in a blender.
  2. Cover the blender.
  3. Whirl on medium speed until smooth.
  4. Pour into 2 large glasses.
  5. Sprinkle each with additional nutmeg.
