Pineapple-Nut Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook pineapple and sugar until thick, then cool. Mix other ingredients with pineapple. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers.
