Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 11 oz can of mandarin oranges and juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F for 30 minutes.
  2. Grease and flour three 8 or 9 inch round cake pans.
  3. Mix the cake mix, softened butter, eggs, oil, mandarin oranges, and juice in a bowl until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pans.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, then cool in pans for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from pans and cool completely on a wire rack.
  7. Spread filling between layers and on top of the cake.
