Pineapple Pecan Cheese Spread

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) containers cream cheese with pineapple, softened
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped onion

Instructions

  1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Spoon into decorative crock, jar or container.
  4. Cover and refrigerate to blend flavors.
  5. Serve with crackers or cocktail bread.
  6. Yields 2 1/4 cups.
