Pineapple Pickle

Ingredients

  • 1 can sliced pineapple
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • 20 whole cloves

Instructions

  1. Drain juice from pineapple and add to vinegar, brown sugar and spices.
  2. Simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Add pineapple and simmer 15 more minutes.
  4. Chill and serve.
