Pineapple Pie Squares

- Mix in bowl, flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
- Blend in Crisco. Break egg into measuring cup and beat well.
- Add vinegar and water to make 3/4 cup.
- Add to flour mixture, then knead. Roll half on wax paper to cover 10 x 15-inch cookie sheet.
- Save the other half for top.
