Pineapple-Raspberry Jello Mold

Ingredients

  • 1 regular pkg. raspberry Jell-O
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 3/4 c. boiling water

Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add undrained pineapple and cranberry sauce.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into a ring mold. Chill until set.
  4. Chill the other half of the mixture.
  5. Mix chopped pecans and sour cream.
  6. Spread evenly over the cranberry-pineapple mixture in the ring mold.
  7. Pour other half of the chilled mixture into ring mold.
  8. Chill until firm.
  9. Unmold.
