Pineapple Rice Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 c. boiled rice (cold)
  • 4 marshmallows
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. cream
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream; add sugar and fold into the rice.
  2. Add diced marshmallows.
  3. Chill.
  4. Have pineapple well chilled.
  5. When ready to serve, add well drained pineapple and nuts.
  6. Serves 8.
