- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Separate the crescent roll dough into two long rectangles. Place the rectangles with long sides together and press the edges to seal the perforations.
- Roll the combined dough into a 10x15 inch rectangle.
- Mix the pineapple spread with cinnamon and ginger until well combined.
- Spread the pineapple mixture evenly over the dough rectangle.
- Roll up the dough jelly-roll fashion starting from the 15 inch side.
- Cut the rolled dough into 1 inch thick slices.
- Place the slices cut side down on the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly with fingertips.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the rolls are lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and transfer to a rack to cool slightly.
- Arrange the rolls in a large shallow serving dish and pour pineapple butter sauce over them.
