Ingredients

  • 1 large can sliced pineapple
  • 1 pkg. lime Jell-O

Instructions

  1. Mix Jell-O according to package directions, except use only 1 can of water.
  2. Use pineapple juice drained from the can as part of the liquid for the Jell-O.
  3. Pour the prepared Jell-O into the pineapple can; chill until set.
  4. Run hot water around the sides to loosen, or cut the bottom of the can and push the salad out.
  5. Cut between pineapple slices to serve as a salad or dessert.
