Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup extra light olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all and whisk until well blended.
