Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups pink grapefruit juice with pulp
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • vegetable cooking spray
  • grapefruit rind (optional)
  • fresh mint (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine grapefruit juice, orange juice, sugar, and lemon juice in a medium nonaluminum saucepan; stir well.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and let stand for 1 minute.
  3. Stir well to combine, then place over medium heat and cook until sugar dissolves, stirring constantly.
