Pink Sponge Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O
  • 3 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. rice, cooked
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the raspberry Jell-O in boiling water.
  2. Add cooked rice, salt, sugar, and vanilla to the dissolved Jell-O.
  3. Chill until slightly thickened.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip before serving.
