Instructions
- Bring beans to boil.
- Stir in cooking sherry and soup mix, salt, Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
- Reduce to simmer. Fry sausage, drain fat and add to beans.
- Simmer 4 to 6 hours. Dissolve cornstarch in 2 tablespoons water and blend into beans stirring until thickened.
- Add sour cream.
- Simmer until hot. Add cooking sherry to taste.
- Cook beans until tender and serve.
