Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 1 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
  • 4 to 5 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  3. Add oil and sugar to the yeast mixture.
  4. Gradually stir in flour until the dough follows a wooden spoon around the bowl.
  5. Turn out the dough onto a floured surface and knead with remaining flour.
