Ingredients

  • chuck steak, fat removed
  • sliced onion
  • tomatoes with paste in it
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • grated cheese
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Put onions on bottom of pan; then add tomatoes, salt, pepper, cheese and steak.
  2. Repeat.
  3. Add water if it gets dry after cooking for a while.
  4. May be baked, covered or uncovered at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
