Instructions
- Blend first 3 ingredients.
- Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Beat to blend.
- Drop by heaping tablespoon on greased sheet.
- Bake at 350° to 375° (moderate) oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Add 2 cups chocolate chips or raisins or coconut if you like.
- Makes 4 dozen large cookies.
