Plain Ole' Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. short grain rice
  • 2 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • butter
  • grated nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Put rice in a well-buttered casserole dish with the milk and sugar; place butter sparingly over the top and sprinkle with nutmeg.
  2. Bake at 300° for 2 to 3 hours.
