Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup shortening
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

  3. Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of cold water gradually, mixing until the dough forms a ball.
  4. For a pie shell, add 1/2 cup sugar and 1 egg to the dough mixture, then mix well.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and fit it into a pie pan.
