Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 small box instant lemon pudding
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice or 1/4 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix together the yellow cake mix, instant lemon pudding, and water until well combined.
  2. Add eggs and oil, beating continuously until smooth.
  3. Beat the mixture for 3 minutes.
  4. Pour the batter into a well-greased tube pan.
  5. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 1 hour.
  6. Remove the cake from the pan and prepare a mixture of sugar and juice.
  7. Spoon the sugar and juice mixture over the hot cake before serving.
