Poached Onions

Ingredients

  • 3 None onions, quartered
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 3 1/2 tbsp butter, finely chopped
  • 4 None bay leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Stud each onion quarter with a clove. Arrange on a baking sheet with butter pieces and bay leaves. Pour stock on top and season. Cover with foil and bake 20 mins, until tender. Serve.
