Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons light soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in blender until very smooth.
  2. Store in jar in refrigerator.
  3. Enjoy!
