Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork tenderloin
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 lemon, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. With knife held in slanting position, almost parallel to the cutting surface, cut tenderloin crosswise into 1/4-inch slices. With meat mallet, pound each slice to about 1/8-inch thickness.
