Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 6 pork sirloin cutlets
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 6 hamburger buns
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 3 Tbsp. molasses
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat the salad oil and cook the pork cutlets until browned on all sides, turning once.
  2. Place the cooked cutlets in the split, toasted hamburger buns and keep warm.
  3. In the same skillet, heat the drippings to medium and stir in the catsup, molasses, and lemon juice.
  4. Bring the sauce to a boil, stirring constantly.
  5. Add salt and pepper to the fried cutlets.
  6. Spoon the sauce over the meat in each bun and serve.
