Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • garlic to taste
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • chopped onion to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • Worcestershire sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except soup and milk.
  2. Shape into balls and place in a casserole.
  3. Combine soup and milk; mix well.
  4. Pour over meatballs.
  5. Cover and cook at 350° about 1 hour.
