Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 2 apples
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 to 1 carrot
  • 6 radishes or 1/2 onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes with skin until cooked.
  2. Let potatoes cool and then peel off skin.
  3. Cut potatoes and apples into 1/2-inch to 3/4-inch cubes.
  4. Cut hard-boiled eggs into small cubes.
  5. Slice carrots and radishes into thin slices.
