Ingredients

  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and put in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
  2. Can be mixed the day before.
