Ingredients

  • 4 c. mashed potatoes
  • 1/3 c. shortening
  • 1/4 c. heated cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Mix the mashed potatoes, shortening, heated cream, salt, and sugar together and let cool.
  2. Once cooled, add the flour and knead until smooth.
  3. Roll the dough into thin rounds.
  4. Cook each round in a frying pan until lightly browned on both sides.
