Ingredients

  • 2 (2 1/2 lb.) whole tenderloins
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onions
  • mushrooms (may be added)
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Spread 2 tablespoons of butter over the tenderloin.
  2. Place the tenderloin in a shallow baking pan.
  3. Bake uncovered in a hot oven at 400°F for 20 minutes.
