Ingredients

  • 4 large Delicious apples
  • 1/2 cup matzo meal
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  2. Beat egg yolks with sugar until lemon-colored.
  3. Add lemon juice, grated apples, and matzo meal to the egg yolk mixture.
  4. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
