Potatoes Beef

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. catsup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Roll in balls and brown about 30 minutes at 350°.
  2. Slice potatoes round, thin sliced.
  3. Place over meat balls.
  4. Add 1 can celery soup and 1/2 can water.
  5. Cook in covered dish for 1/2 hour at 300°.
