Ingredients

  • 1 lb. butter or margarine
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 10 eggs
  • 4 c. flour, sifted 5 times

Instructions

  1. Cream the sugar and butter until light at medium speed.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time.
  3. Beat well after each. Add flour and mix well (with slow speed). Bake in a tube pan at 325° for 1 1/2
  4. hours.
