Power Bread
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup non-fat powdered milk ⓘ
- 1/2 cup steel cut oats or 1/2 cup old fashioned oats ⓘ
- 1/2 cup natural unsweetened applesauce
- 1 scoop protein powder (for 18 g protein) ⓘ
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon vanilla ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon ⓘ
- 4 egg whites or 1/2 cup egg substitute ⓘ
- 2 packets Splenda sugar substitute ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix all.
- Pour into sprayed loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
