Ingredients

  • 2 cans chili with no beans (Hormel brand)
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated or chunks
  • 1 can chopped mild green chiles
  • 1 chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole.
  2. Stir just to mix.
  3. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
  4. When done, stir thoroughly.
  5. Cool well.
  6. Pour into containers to freeze as you need them.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips.
