Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sliced pears
  • 1 (16 oz.) can chunk pineapple
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 firm banana

Instructions

  1. Pour 2 cups of juice from canned fruits over the pudding mix and cook until thick, stirring often.
  2. Let the mixture cool completely.
  3. Fold in the canned fruit and refrigerate.
  4. Add fresh banana slices before serving.
