Fruit Strata Salad

A vibrant and refreshing fruit salad layered with crisp lettuce, sweet fruits, and creamy yogurt, perfect for a light, healthy, and colorful dish suitable for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 3 c. shredded lettuce
  • 1 honeydew melon, peeled, seeded and cubed
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 pt. strawberries, halved
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton pineapple, lemon or vanilla yogurt

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, place half of the shredded lettuce.
  2. Layer the cubed honeydew melon, pineapple chunks, halved strawberries, and sliced banana atop the lettuce.
  3. Top with the remaining shredded lettuce.
  4. Spread the yogurt over the top of the layered salad.
  5. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  6. Cover and chill for 2 to 3 hours.
  7. Toss gently before serving.
