Ingredients

  • 2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (6 ounce) can French-fried onions

Instructions

  1. DON'T THAW POTATOES!
  2. Mix all ingredients except French Fried Onions and place in 9x13 pan.
  3. Top with French Fried Onions 30 minutes prior to taking out of oven.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr and 15 minutes.
