Praline Chocolate Mousse

Instructions
- Melt chocolate and butter in 1-quart saucepan over medium heat.
- Cool slightly.
- Beat together egg yolks and praline powder for 3 to 4 minutes or until slightly thickened.
- Add chocolate mixture and blend thoroughly.
- Add salt to egg whites.
- Beat until peaks form.
- Stir in whipped cream.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Spoon into meringue shells.
- Garnish with chocolate leaves or curls, as desired.
- Makes 2 servings.
