Praline Dacquoise

- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a large bowl sift together hazelnut flour, confectioners sugar and salt.
- Combine egg whites and granulated sugar and whip to stiff peaks.
- Fold whipped egg whites into praline paste. Fold in hazelnut flour mixture.
- Line sheetpan with Silpat and spread batter.
- Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes.
