Praline Heart Chocolates

- To make the praline, combine sugar, 2 tbsp water and vinegar in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer, without stirring, for 8-10 mins, or until a golden caramel color.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Sprinkle almonds over tray then pour caramel over top. Let cool at room temperature until set.
- Once praline hardens, break into small pieces. Fold into melted chocolate. Spoon chocolate mixture into silicone heart molds. Let set at room temperature.
