Ingredients

  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 1 jar maraschino cherries
  • 1 can sliced peaches
  • 1 can chunk pineapple
  • 3 or 4 medium bananas
  • 1 box Jell-O Americana tapioca pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Drain juice from oranges and cherries; throw away.
  2. Drain juice from peaches and pineapple; save.
  3. Prepare all fruits, except bananas.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Cook the pudding mix in 1 3/4 cups peach and pineapple juice until thick.
  6. Let cool completely.
  7. Cut bananas in 1/2-inch chunks; fold pudding over all the fruit mixture.
