Pretty Good Corn

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen corn niblets
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 small jar diced pimentos
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place corn in a baking dish; add chopped onion and bell pepper and drained pimento.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add margarine and sour cream. Mix again.
  4. Add salt and pepper; mix again.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 325° for 45 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
