Ingredients

  • 2 c. butter
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 c. (2/3 can) crushed Pringle potato chips (plain)
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla.
  3. Add flour; mix well.
  4. Stir in crushed chips and nuts.
  5. Combine thoroughly.
  6. Form into one-inch balls.
  7. Roll in colored sugar. Place on ungreased pan; flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
  8. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes, until lightly brown on edges.
