Processor French Bread

Instructions
- Mix flour, yeast, salt and sugar into work bowl.
- Press on/off on processor to blend.
- Add water through feed tube, a ball will form.
- Knead for 1 minute in processor.
- Place in greased bowl. Turn dough over and let rise until double in bowl.
- Punch down and shape into 2 baguettes.
- Place in greased baguette pans and rise until doubled.
- Slash tops with razor and bake in 450° oven for 10 minutes with pan of water in the oven if you want true French bread texture.
- Remove water, brush with salt water and bake 10 minutes more.
- Cool on wire racks.
