Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
  • 13 cup olive, pitted
  • 1 roasted red pepper, destemed chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 14 cup fresh parsley leaves

Instructions

  1. Rinse and drain garbanzo beans.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until desired consistency.
  3. To thin, add 1 tbsp water at a time.
